Detection of Transient Voltage Suppressing Diode (TVS)

Measure the quality of the pipe with a multimeter R × 1k gear:

For unipolar TVS, according to the method of measuring ordinary diodes, its forward and reverse resistance can be measured. Generally, the forward resistance is around 4k Ω and the reverse resistance is infinite.

2. For TVS with bidirectional polarity, the resistance value between the two pins measured by swapping the red and black probes should be infinite. Otherwise, it indicates poor performance or damage to the tube.
